把Maven项目改造成SpringBoot项目

0.概述

1.新建maven工程

2.修改pom.xml文件

分别加入springboot父依赖，web依赖，test测试依赖，maven打包依赖

3.添加properties.yml修改启动端口和应用名称

4.添加启动类App.java

5.添加controller进行访问测试
