centos7 python 3.10 无法使用ssl模块_centos 3.10 找不到 ssl问题

使用python安装包会报一下异常

$ pip install docker-compose

以上原因有可能是由于cenos7自带ssl模块版本较低，升级版本，重新编译python即可
