当在pycharm运行程序时 ，报错找不到指定的模块，奇怪的是明明环境都已经配置好了，相关的包也都安装好了。

那么还会出现这个报错，大概率是环境变量路径设置问题。

解决方法：
Solve：配置环境变量

1. 首先，在PyCharm主界面点击编辑器Run->Edit Configurations会出现下图所示界面，添加环境变量，点击框住处右边的选项。
   

2. 点击 + ：新建环境变量： PATH
   

设置 Value 值：

D:\Anaconda3;
D:\Anaconda3\Library\mingw-w64\bin;
D:\Anaconda3\Library;
D:\Anaconda3\Lib\site-packages;
D:\Anaconda3\Scripts;
D:\Anaconda3\envs\PyTorch\Library\bin;
