IOUtils.toString()方法

需要在pom.xml中加入：

<dependency>
			<groupId>commons-io</groupId>
			<artifactId>commons-io</artifactId>
			<version>2.3</version>
		</dependency>

在maven->update一下
在class 文件中导入import org.apache.commons.io.IOUtils;
之后使用IOUtils.toString()方法，但是有异常，需要捕获
完整代码：
