1.access sequence: the access sequence is a search strategy which the sap system uses to search for condition records valid for a condition type.
  You specify an access sequence in every condition type,Thus, you define which fields the SAP system checks when searching for a valid condition record.
  Maintain the Overview Accesses,maintain the No. for the access sequence, with the No.(sequence),you define the priority of the accesses.

2.condition type :prices element are represented by condition type, the elements can be : price discount surcharge taxes or freight and are stored in condition records.

3.pricing procedure: it groups all condition types together which the sap system automatically take into account during pricing for a business transaction.
4.Pricing procedure determination:
  During pricing, the system determines the pricing procedure taking into account of sales document by the following key:
    The sales area
    The pricing procedure key in the header of the sales document type(Doc. pric. procedure)
    The pricing procedure key in the customer master record(Cust.pric.proc.)
