1.开发框架：

ssm框架：spring+springMVC+mybatis三合一的框架，可根据业务需求进行许多方面细节的调整更加灵活，但也有缺点，配置文件较多，sql语句书写繁杂。

2.开发环境

• 操作系统不限：java特性，一套代码，导出运行
• jdk版本不限：推荐jdk1.8
• tomcat版本不限：推荐Tomcat8.0
• 数据库mysql：版本不限，推荐mysql8.0以下
• 开发工具：eclipse/idea 版本不限

3.整体业务

本项目一共包含：小区管理、房产管理、业主信息管理、停车位管理、服务管理、资产管理、收费管理、管理员管理。

每个模块包含最基本的数据crud操作以及图片上传功能。
