SQL> CREATE USER T identified by t;
CREATE USER T identified by t

ORA-65096: invalid common user or role name

利用oracle自带工具错误提示工具：

SQL> !oerr ora 65096
65096, 00000, "invalid common user or role name"
// *Cause:  An attempt was made to create a common user or role with a name

SQL> create user c##t identified by t;

User created.

在容器数据库中就可查询了；
select * from dba_users u where u.USERNAME='C##T';
