「 论文投稿 」《IEEE Robotics and Automation Letters》与ICRA会议，录用经历

一、前言

        小白投递的第一篇SCI，也是最曲折的一篇，被拒稿后再次投递，坚守着心中的信仰。从Article到Letter，从双栏的15页变成双栏的8页，文章被凝练了很多。

二、时间轴

《IEEE Robotics and Automation Letters》RAL

1. 2020年8月31日，状态：Under review；

2. 2020年10月19日，状态：Decision pending；

3. 2020年10月19日，状态：Rejected。

4. 2021年1月7号，状态：Received；

5. 2021年1月10号，状态：Under review；

6. 2021年3月5日，状态：Decision pending；

7. 2021年3月9日，状态：Rejected。

8. 2021年8月1日，状态：Received；

9. 2021年8月4日，状态：Under review；

10. 2021年10月28日，状态：Rewrite and resubmit；

11. 2021年11月22日，状态：Under review；

邮件部分内容：You may inspect the status of your submission at any time by logging in and entering your workspace as IEEE RA-L author. Expect to see the status of your paper change over time from "Received" to "Under review" and eventually to "Decision pending." By this time you may expect to receive a decision about the submission within a few weeks

12. 2022年01月24日，状态：Accepted。

邮件部分内容：Notice that, to respect RA-L publication schedule, there is a STRICT deadline of two weeks (14 DAYS) from today for you to submit the final version, including any multimedia material and mandatory copyright forms. Failure to meet this deadline might prevent publication of the paper in RA-L. The deadline is at 11:59 pm Pacific Time on the date specified. In preparing the final version, please follow strictly the indications provided by reviewers (if any) and AE. Failure to do so would lead to delay in approval of the final version, and possibly to missing the publication deadline of 180 days from submission, which fact could eventually prevent publication. Thank you for your contribution to the Robotics and Automation Letters.

13. 2022年01月30日，状态：Final MS received。

14. 2023年02月28日，状态：Forwarded to publisher。论文被提交至IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Automation(ICRA)会议官网。

三、小白经验

        IEEE 社区取消了TRO的短文，全力推RAL走向巅峰，ICRA和IROS等顶尖会议可以一文双投，是个知名度高的好期刊，审稿人很专业，可以蹭一届ICRA会议。2020年，RAL JCR Q1, IF=3.741, 中科院二区。
