OpenSource - Ip2region 离线IP地址定位库和IP定位数据管理框架
最终效果
git clone https://github.com/lionsoul2014/ip2region.git
cd binding/java/
mvn compile package
然后会在当前目录的 target 目录下得到一个 ip2region-{version}.jar 的打包文件。

重新编译 ,执行
这样就可以愉快的在脚本中调用了
当然了,启动java进程的过程,相对还是比较耗时的,这里仅提供一种思路
