按照常规流程，准备使用pip命令下载 

出现报错：

ERROR: Failed building wheel for PyQt5-sip

Failed to build PyQt5-sip

ERROR: Could not build wheels for PyQt5-sip, which is required to install pyproject.toml-based projects

刚开始怀疑是缺少wheel和sip相关的包，有尝试下面两个

pip install wheel 

pip install sip

下载后重新下载pyqt

依旧报错：

定位到分割线上的error: Microsoft Visual C++ 14.0 or greater is required.

安装后，重新pip下载pyqt，记得指定版本号

pip3 install PyQt5==5.13-i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
