A: Frank, you said you had worked on an SAP project for 5 months in your former company. May I know some details about the project and your role in it?
<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
B: Ok. It was an SAP implementation project. We worked with onshore consulting team building a new SAP system for the client. We delivered some SAP programs to the client and I was one of the offshore programmers.
A: Then what did you do specifically?
B: I completed five programs by myself, one interface, two reports and two forms, and I also worked with my colleagues on three other programs.
A: Good. What were your responsibilities when you worked with others in those three programs?
B: Basically I was the peer reviewer for their source code and I also did some testing job.
A: Ok. Did you meet with any technical issue you were not able to handle?
B: I had a lot of problems in my first program. It was an interface and unfortunately the most difficult one. I even didn’t know where to start. But, finally I made
it with lots of help from my team lead and lots of help
from coffee.
A: [Laughing] Ok, Frank. You are the right person I am looking for. You have the skills needed; you showed team work spirit in your former project, and you are a hard worker. So, are you interested in joining my project?
B: Of course, I’m glad to join. Thanks, Martin.
A: You are welcome. I will schedule a project kick-off meeting with you and all the rest of the project
members later this week. See you soon.
B: See you, Martin.
