当你看到如下版权声明,不错这被翻译为GNU开源协议,你会看到该协议的版权属于自由软件基金会公司。没看错,基金会也是一个公司,他位于美国波士顿富兰克林街。第一句宣言特别激情澎湃,“大多数软件许可被设计来夺走你分享和改变它的自由,相反,GNU通用公开协议试图保证你能自由分享和改变自由软件,确保软件对所有使用者都能自由使用。”
细想一下,为啥要鸡冻澎湃啊?大部分软件都是商用软件,人家花时间花精力累死累活写算法,做按钮,战bug,卖点辛苦费养家糊口罢了。凭什么说其他许可夺走了他人分享和改变软件的自由?感觉这个说法不妥,那本来就是人家写的代码,不让人改就错了?
开源确实挺有意思的,但其意义更多在于学习,推广,收集信息,就像蜜蜂需要在大花园里采蜜一样花园越大越好,花粉越多越好。然而由于人多手杂,错误在所难免,开源软件里面看不见的技术债务有时候不知道堆了多高,所以开源协议里也反复强调必须不保证质量,并且变更还要标记版本号,免得大家扯皮推诿。
那么那些被采走的花粉和蜜去哪里了呢?是不是和openAi一样呢?
谁又知道呢?
