开源软件版权迷思

 当你看到如下版权声明，不错这被翻译为GNU开源协议，你会看到该协议的版权属于自由软件基金会公司。没看错，基金会也是一个公司，他位于美国波士顿富兰克林街。第一句宣言特别激情澎湃，“大多数软件许可被设计来夺走你分享和改变它的自由，相反，GNU通用公开协议试图保证你能自由分享和改变自由软件，确保软件对所有使用者都能自由使用。”

细想一下，为啥要鸡冻澎湃啊？大部分软件都是商用软件，人家花时间花精力累死累活写算法，做按钮，战bug，卖点辛苦费养家糊口罢了。凭什么说其他许可夺走了他人分享和改变软件的自由？感觉这个说法不妥，那本来就是人家写的代码，不让人改就错了？

开源确实挺有意思的，但其意义更多在于学习，推广，收集信息，就像蜜蜂需要在大花园里采蜜一样花园越大越好，花粉越多越好。然而由于人多手杂，错误在所难免，开源软件里面看不见的技术债务有时候不知道堆了多高，所以开源协议里也反复强调必须不保证质量，并且变更还要标记版本号，免得大家扯皮推诿。

那么那些被采走的花粉和蜜去哪里了呢？是不是和openAi一样呢？

谁又知道呢？
