Maven引包问题.lastUpdated_with type default using the available connector fa

报错：Failure to transfer cn.com.gome.scot.alamein:alamein-big-order-base-version:pom:1.0.0-SNAPSHOT from ${releases.url} was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of gome-nexus has elapsed or updates are forced. 现象：maven 的私服仓库有包，本地当不下来具体jar 或 pom ，文件为xxx .lastUpdated 结尾的文件

原因：因为setting文件不支持变量，将变量替换成私服地址后，可以正常。
