直接把http://raw.githubusercontent.com换成raw.gitmirror(raw.githubusercontent.com的镜像网站)即可(后面的不用变)

例如获取ros2存储库文件：

vcs import --input https://raw.githubusercontent.com/ros2/ros2/foxy/ros2.repos src
1

更换为

vcs import --input https://raw.gitmirror.com/ros2/ros2/foxy/ros2.repos src
1
