遇到的问题：
安装mmdetection很长时间了，这中间需要安装pytorch，但是一直安装不对，然后自己手残也修改了好几次环境路径，差点崩溃，不知道什么原因，一直显示这个：

Collecting package metadata (repodata.json): failed

CondaHTTPError: HTTP 000 CONNECTION FAILED for url
http://nanomirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/cloud/bioconda/linux-64/repodata.json
Elapsed: -

解决办法：
终端输入以下命令

sudo gedit ~/.condarc 
1

弹出一个.condarc 文件，将文件中的内容改成：

channels:
  - http://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/free/
  - http://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/cloud/conda-forge/
  - http://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/cloud/msys2/
show_channel_urls: true

注意：
https 修改为 http
删除了 defaul
问题得到了解决，pytorch成功安装
