• 回滚了win10版本，vs2019插件报错，回滚前有升级到16.4
• 升级vs2019 到16.4，修复，相当于重装
• 重启后，报错

• 找了好久，vs installer 有个专门的preview 安装 程序
• preview
• 装好后果然ok，vs2019 和vs2019 preview 是俩不同的
• 卸载vs2019
