  网上看的都是

Caused by: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Target host must not be null, or set in parameters.

 报错的原因是因为没有在加url中加“http://”，加上http://就是解决方案。

 我碰的是 Caused by: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Target host name may not be null 

原因是如：

 http://quanguo.xxxx.没问题

http://quanguo_sky.xxxx，这个就有问题了，就多了一个下划线，  且在pc浏览器上测试没问题，就是手机上不行
