可能原因 缺少OpenSSL

解决办法
windows下载OpenSSL MSI 进行安装。
下载地址: https://slproweb.com/products/Win32OpenSSL.html
安装选择 OpenSSL binaries(/bin) directory 模式

将安装目录中的bin目录放入到环境变量PATH中
D:\Dev\Dev-Plugins\OpenSSL-Win64\bin

然后再次安装就可以了。
