先查询secure-file-priv变量的值

value为“null”表示禁止导出

解决步骤：打开MySQL安装路径下的文件my.ini——在[mysqld]下输入secure_file_priv =文件存放地址（自己设置）——重启MySQL服务

若value为具体地址，则导出的文件地址与在value目录下才会成功导出。

outfile可以自动创建文件，但不能重写已存在的文件。
