今天想用tensorboard看一下，结果硬是打不开tensorboard。报错：
Please note and check the following:

• The Python version is: Python3.9 from “D:\study\anaconda\python.exe”
• The NumPy version is: “1.20.3”
  and make sure that they are the versions you expect.
  Please carefully study the documentation linked above for further help.

网上查了大概有两种原因：1. 环境变量设置 2. numpy安装问题
首先尝试第一种，加了三个环境变量上去，并且把log都移到scrip文件目录下，还是不行。
于是第二种，再anaconda命令里把numpy卸载了，语句conda uninstall numpy。
再重新安装上pip install numpy。真的就好了耶！！！！！
