ubuntu玩转freenode irc

RC（Internet Relay Chat的缩写，“因特网中继聊天”）是一种通过网络的即时聊天方式。其主要用于群体聊天，但同样也可以用于个人对个人的聊天。芬兰人雅尔口·欧伊卡林恁（Jarkko Oikarinen）于1988年8月创造了IRC来取代一个叫做MUT的程序。

1、在ubuntu软件中心下载并安装xchat irc或其它irc客户端

2、启动xchat，进入irc.freenode.net

下面以昵称为deepfuture为例，密码为abc12345，当然这不是真的密码～

 

1)选择昵称

/nick 昵称

 

/nick deepfuture 

提示

 

An email containing nickname activation instructions has been sent to deepfuturelx@gmail.com.

-NickServ- If you do not complete registration within one day, your nickname will expire.

-NickServ- deepfuture is now registered to deepfuturelx@gmail.com, with the password abc12345.

-NickServ-  

-NickServ- freenode is a service of Peer-Directed Projects Center, a

-NickServ- not-for-profit organisation registered in England and Wales.

2)注册成正式用户

/msg nickserv register 密码 邮件地址

 

/msg nickserv register abc12345 deepfuturelx@gmail.com

然后你会在邮箱中收到这封信:

deepfuture,

In order to complete your registration, you must send the following
command on IRC:
/msg NickServ VERIFY REGISTER deepfuture ewrkkxxxxxkkjjjjjjaaaa

Thank you for registering your nickname on the freenode IRC network!

Thank you for your interest in the freenode IRC network.

 

红色部分为注册命令，输入

/msg NickServ VERIFY REGISTER deepfuture ewrkkxxxxxkkjjjjjjaaaa

提示

 

 deepfuture has now been verified.

-NickServ- Thank you for verifying your e-mail address! You have taken steps in ensuring that your registrations are not exploited

3)认证身份

/msg NickServ IDENTIFY  密码

输入

 

/msg NickServ IDENTIFY  abc12345 #认证身份

认证身份后完成登录

You are now identified for deepfuture.

2、注册聊天室

不好的老实跟着我往下做

 

1）确认聊天室是否存在

/msg ChanServ info #聊天室名

输入

/msg ChanServ info #computing-tech

如果已经存 在，将提示下面的信息，则必须换一个名字，

 

info #computing-tech

-ChanServ- Information on #computing-tech:

-ChanServ- Founder    : deepfuture

-ChanServ- Successor  : freenode-staff

-ChanServ- Registered : Jul 31 07:53:07 2011 (4 minutes, 9 seconds ago)

-ChanServ- Mode lock  : +ntc-slk

-ChanServ- *** End of Info ***

如果不存在，会提示

Channel #computing-tech is not registered

2）在保证聊天室不存在的情况下，开始注册

首先，加入聊天室

/join #computing-tech

 

提示:

 您正在 #computing-tech 频道里聊天

 

* holmes.freenode.net 设置 +n #computing-tech 模式

* holmes.freenode.net 设置 +s #computing-tech 模式

 

 

然后注册聊天室

/msg ChanServ register 名称 

 

输入

/msg ChanServ register #computing-tech 

提示

 

#computing-tech is now registered to deepfuture.

* ChanServ 设置 -s #computing-tech 模式

* ChanServ 设置 +t #computing-tech 模式

* ChanServ 设置 +c #computing-tech 模式

>ChanServ< helo

3)注册成功，可以登录聊天室测试

 可以退出xchat，然后使用它的图形界面登录，也可以直接退出，再登录：

先退出聊天室

/leave  #computing-tech

您已离开频道 #computing-tech

然后加入聊天室

/join #computing-tech

最后设置自己为频道管理员

/msg chanserv op #computing-tech deepfuture

4)对频道不懂之处通过这个命令查一下

/msg chanserv help
