Multiple build operations failed
this and base files have different roots: E:\Andriod Project\Github\dumasia\build\flutter_plugin_android_lifecycle and C:\Users\AppData\Local\Pub\Cache\hosted\pub.dev\flutter_plugin_android_lifecycle-2.0.9\android.

错误原因

看说法，大概率是gradle兼容性问题

解决办法

更改gradle版本，从之前没问题的版本里复制一份。
更改dart的pub缓存位置，保持跟项目在同一个磁盘下。
