yum install epel-release
yum install openssl-devel
export CFLAGS=$(pkg-config --cflags openssl)
export LDFLAGS=$(pkg-config --libs openssl)
tar -xzvf Python-3.12.3.tgz 
cd Python-3.12.3
./configure --prefix=/usr/local/lib/python3.12.3 --with-openssl=/usr/bin/openssl 
make -j`nproc` && make install
