下载 huggingface 模型 经常出现的443错误_sentencetransformer requests.exceptions.proxyerror

记录：选择合适的库包版本和代理处理

BUG：

requests.exceptions.ProxyError: (MaxRetryError("HTTPSConnectionPool(host='huggingface.co', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /sentence-transformers/all-MiniLM-L6-v2/resolve/main/config.json (Caused by ProxyError('Unable to connect to proxy', SSLError(SSLZeroReturnError(6, 'TLS/SSL connection has been closed (EOF)

正在下载模型，例如

model = SentenceTransformer('all-MiniLM-L6-v2')

出现 ProxyError: (MaxRetryError("HTTPSConnectionPool(host='huggingface.co', port=443) 

尝试解决：

1. 降版本： requests 和 urllib3

2. 并且需要 开启代理 （yiyuanfeiji）

pip install urllib3==1.25.11
