在运行react-native命令 react-native run-android的时候，有时会遇到如下问题：
Command run-android unrecognized. Make sure that you have run npm install and that you are inside a react-native project.

解决方法：
1：npm install -g react-native-cli
2：npm install --save react-native
3：react-native init
