适用场景：批量更新数据前全表备份等

//sqlserver
select into table_name_new from table_name

//oracle 
create table table_name_new as select * from table_name;

//tidb(mysql应该也适用)
create table table_name_new like table_name;

insert into table_name_new 
select * from table_name;
