方法一:(list,逐行合并,速度略慢)

csv_reader = csv.reader(f,dialect='excel') # dialect='excel'为EXCEL编码风格,否则无法读取首行
li = [] #避免list,str等系统字眼
lis = []
for line in csv_reader:
for i in range(0,len(line),2):
s = line[i] + line[i + 1] #迭代合并碱基
li.append(s) #不可用 li = li.append(s),因为None的列表append是没有返回值的。
lis.append(li)

方法二:(pandas,dataframe,列索引合并,速度快)
