导致的原因是在Git在使用过程中遭遇了奔溃，部分被上锁的资源没有被释放导致。
解决方法：
进入到项目根目录中找到 .git 文件夹，一般是隐藏的，可以通过勾选查看里面的 隐藏目录 让它显示出来

然后再把index.lock 这个文件删掉就可以了
