OpenAI时却提示“OpenAI‘s services are not available in your country”

OpenAI的官网址如下：

进入官网后点击下图中红框中的按钮，进入注册页面。

上面这句提示的英文很简单，翻译过来，就是OpenAI不允许中国用户使用。

那OpenAI允许哪些国家的用户使用呢？查阅相关资料，得到如下答案：

If you are not sure which countries you can use OpenAI services, try this. You can visit OpenAI’s website to check all the Supported Countries listed. As far as we know it is available in major countries like the USA, UK, Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Germany, France, Japan, Spain, Switzerland, etc. If your location or country is not mentioned in the list, you can use a VPN and set your location to any of these countries. In this way, you will be able to use OpenAI’s API from your location.

从上面这段话，我们明确知道可以用OpenAI服务的国家有“美国、英国、阿根廷、澳大利亚、比利时、德国、法国、日本、西班牙、瑞士”。

那好吧，那就改自己的IP吧，把自己的IP改到美国，注意开全局模式
