错误内容

[08S01]
Communications link failure

The last packet sent successfully to the server was 0 milliseconds ago. The driver has not received any packets from the server.
No appropriate protocol (protocol is disabled or cipher suites are inappropriate).

解决办法一，修改useSSL=false,注意在jdbc url上带此参数无效，需要按下图提示来修改变量

方法二：换mysql驱动为Amazon MySQL驱动
