电脑有cuda,为什么还是报错assertionerror: torch not compiled with cuda enable

此问题多半由于cuda和torch的版本不一致导致，但是安装对应的torch版本以后还是会报错，

此时多半是下载错了torch

建议去以下网址手动下载

比如你的cuda 版本是11.7的，需要适配2.0.1版本的torch，python版本是3.8，在windows下面使用,那就下载cu117/torch-2.0.1%2Bcu117-cp38-cp38-win_amd64.whl

下载完成后,pip install安装本地版本的torch
