通过官网命令安装完pytorch，
进行测试时出现如题报错

Error message:

解决方案

大概率是安装包内部发生冲突，卸载掉numpy和setuptools，然后再安装一次

pip uninstall -y numpy

pip uninstall -y setuptools

pip install setuptools

pip install numpy
