解决方案，执行下面两行命令：

$ git config --global --unset http.proxy 
$ git config --global --unset https.proxy
1

其他错误解决

fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/Homebrew/brew/': LibreSSL SSL_read: error:02FFF03C:system library:func(4095):Operation timed out, errno 60

Failed during: git fetch --force --tags origin
