AndroidStudio中经常遇到下载不成功的问题，添加阿里云仓库多半能解决问题。

新版本的as报错：
Using insecure protocols with repositories, without explicit opt-in, is unsupported. Switch Maven repository ‘maven(XXX)’ to redirect to a secure protocol (like HTTPS) or allow insecure protocols.

建议 allowInsecureProtocol = true
